Senior Unit Support Readiness Analyst

Department: USAF ACC A2 ATAS
Location: Hampton, VA

Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Unit Support Readiness Analyst to provide unit and force-level general-purpose intelligence support across Air Combat Command (ACC) units. This role is critical to ensuring intelligence readiness, supporting operational effectiveness, and enabling mission success across the Intelligence Enterprise.

In this capacity, you will deliver Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Government, leveraging analytical tools, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), applications, databases, and web-enabled capabilities to equip units with actionable intelligence. You will play a key role in identifying readiness gaps, analyzing trends, and delivering data-driven assessments to support both peacetime and wartime operations.

This position requires deep expertise in Air Force intelligence operations, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across multiple functional areas to support Agile Combat Employment (ACE) and overall unit readiness.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Provide unit and force-level intelligence support to ACC units using analytical tools, TTPs, applications, databases, and web-enabled systems.
  • Identify problem sets, trends, and conduct pattern analysis related to unit readiness using AF intelligence expertise.
  • Coordinate staff input across functional areas, compile data, and deliver readiness assessments and wartime support analysis.
  • Track Unit Level Inspection (ULI) readiness and support Intelligence Enterprise alignment with Agile Combat Employment (ACE).
  • Analyze DoD policy and program documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness during readiness assessments.
  • Conduct staff assistance visits, unit engagements, and readiness assessments; provide hands-on evaluations and submit AARs within five duty days.
  • Lead unit-specific readiness assessments through on-site visits and virtual coordination with ACC staff, HHQ, and partner organizations.
  • Perform trend analysis on Inspector General (IG) inspection data and unit self-assessments.
  • Maintain situational awareness of unit issues and provide intelligence updates for A2 unit-support platforms.
  • Support A2 intelligence forums, working groups, synchronization meetings, and leadership courses.
  • Assist in developing and improving Contingency Intelligence Network capabilities (deployed and reach-back).
  • Support updates to ACE CONEMP annexes and align readiness activities with AFFORGEN phases.
  • Coordinate with Strategic Intelligence Officers (SIOs) and Strategic Engagement Leaders (SELs) on Unit Force Requests (UFRs) and FoJ funding.
  • Track and manage after-action items and facilitate team coordination through EPMS.
  • Participate in ULI Targeting Forums and GEOINT-related meetings, providing feedback and analysis.
  • Support relationship management with MAJCOM and NAF stakeholders.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency with Unit Readiness analytical tools, TTPs, applications, databases, and web-enabled capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Air Force intelligence operations and readiness assessment processes.
  • Ability to identify trends, conduct pattern analysis, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience supporting Agile Combat Employment (ACE) and Intelligence Enterprise operations.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and functional areas.
  • U.S. Citizenship.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting Air Combat Command (ACC) or other MAJCOM intelligence programs.
  • Familiarity with AFFORGEN cycles and unit readiness reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with Inspector General (IG) inspection processes and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Contingency Intelligence Networks and reach-back operations.
  • Experience supporting intelligence working groups, forums, or enterprise coordination efforts.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in intelligence operations, readiness analysis, or related field

Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Travel Requirement:

  • One week each month
